Delete your ReShare AI account

ReShare AI is run by Optijara AI LLC. You can delete your account and its data in the app, on this page, or by email if you can’t sign in.

Deleting your account removes it and all its data for good. It can’t be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. In the app: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.
  2. On the web: sign in on this page and use Delete account below.
  3. Can’t sign in? Request it by email below; we confirm the address with a code.
  4. A paid plan is cancelled automatically as the first step, so you are not charged again.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in
  • Your characters and their images, including the reusable character stored at Kling
  • Your videos, uploads and the source videos we stored
  • Your posts, schedules and public watch links
  • Your connected social accounts (disconnected, and our access revoked)
  • Your devices, notification settings, usage history and API keys

What we keep

  • Invoices and payment records held by Stripe, our payment provider, as tax and accounting law requires. We don’t keep card details.
  • Videos you already published on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or other networks: they are your posts there, so delete them on each network.
  • A record of what you agreed to, with your email address and the links of videos you published, kept for 3 years to defend legal claims; a record that the account was deleted under an internal account id; and security log entries.
  • Support conversations, kept by our support system until you ask us to delete them.
  • Reports other people filed about your content, for as long as we need them to protect the Service.

How long it takes

Usually right away, with a final sweep of our storage within a day; always finished within 30 days. This page shows the outcome when you delete it yourself; for an email request we reply to confirm.
