Terms of Service
Last updated October 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Optijara AI LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Optijara”, “we”, “us”), for the use of ReShare AI on the web (reshare.ai) and in the iOS and Android apps (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and you agree to it when you accept these Terms; its descriptions of our practices are information for you, not contractual promises.
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You also confirm your agreement in the app, by ticking a box and tapping Continue; we record the version you accepted, the time, your language and your platform, and that record is evidence of your agreement. We keep it after your account is deleted, for 3 years (as the Privacy Policy explains), to establish or defend legal claims. When we change these Terms materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use ReShare AI
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by law, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or an email address you control. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including through your API keys and connected agents, and you must tell us at once through Support if you believe it has been used without permission. You can delete your account at any time (section 15).
4. ReShare AI is a tool
ReShare AI is a passive software tool. You decide what to upload, what to create and what to publish. Optijara does not review, pre-screen, own, endorse, sponsor or license any content you submit or create, and has no obligation to monitor it. Automated checks and the reports we review do not make us responsible for your content or mean that content we did not remove is lawful or approved.
5. Your content and third-party videos
“Your content” means everything you submit to the Service (videos, video links, images, audio, text and any person’s likeness in them) and everything you create with it (characters, swapped videos, captions and posts). Many videos you might paste from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or elsewhere belong to other people, and show other people. For every item of your content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own it, or you hold every right, licence and permission needed to use it in the Service and to publish what you create with it, from the owner of the video or image and from every person shown or heard in it (including their consent to the use of their likeness and voice, and any consent that privacy laws require), and for any music, logos or other material in it, for every use you make, including commercial, monetised, sponsored or advertising use, and to grant each network you publish to the licence its terms require;
- your use of it, and the results you create and publish, do not infringe or violate anyone’s copyright, trademark, rights of publicity or personality, privacy, or any other right, and are not defamatory, unlawful or in breach of any platform’s rules;
- when you paste a link, you instruct us to retrieve that video on your behalf, and you are permitted to access and obtain it under the terms of the site it comes from;
- you will keep proof of those rights and permissions for as long as the content is published and for 3 years after, and give it to us if we ask.
You are solely responsible and liable for your content and for all consequences of creating, using and publishing it, including any claim of copyright or trademark infringement, violation of publicity, likeness or privacy rights, defamation, and breach of a platform’s terms or rules. You are also responsible for any disclosure that platforms or the law require when you publish content made with AI (for example, a network’s “AI-generated” label, or a label the law requires for political or election content), and for complying with advertising, consumer-protection and influencer laws, including sponsored-content disclosures and any licence or permit required to advertise where you are.
You keep the rights you have in your content. You grant Optijara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI and posting providers, publishing it where you ask, and showing it on a public watch page you create to anyone who has its link, until you turn the page off or delete the video). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already published at your request, copies we must keep by law, and records we keep to deal with reports or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. What you may not do
You may not use the Service to create, upload, store or publish content, or to act in a way, that:
- contains nudity or sexual content of any kind, including non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualised deepfakes;
- uses a minor (anyone under 18) as the person replaced or shown in a swap, makes a character from a minor’s image, or depicts minors in any sexual, harmful or exploitative way; any child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities;
- uses a real person’s face, body, voice or likeness without their consent, including public figures, impersonates any person or organisation, or falsely suggests that a person or brand endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you or your content;
- is a deceptive deepfake: presents a real person as saying or doing something they did not, or is meant to mislead people about real events, elections, health or finances;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, defames or shames anyone, or promotes hate, violence, self-harm or terrorism;
- infringes copyright, trademark or other rights, or uses content you have no permission to use;
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, fraud, scams or spam;
- breaks the Service: bypassing limits or safety checks, reverse engineering, scraping, overloading it, sharing your account, or reselling the Service without our written permission.
You must also follow the usage policies of our AI providers (OpenAI, Kling) and our posting provider (Outstand). Our AI providers and our own automated checks refuse some content; repeatedly trying to get around them is itself a breach of these Terms.
7. AI-generated content
Characters and swapped videos are generated by artificial intelligence (our providers Kling and OpenAI). AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other people’s output, and you must review it before you publish it. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, accurate, lawful for your intended use, or free of third-party rights. The app marks content made by AI as “AI-generated” in its own screens; when you publish, disclosure is your responsibility (section 5).
8. Posting to your social accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorise us, through our posting provider, to publish on your behalf only what you publish or schedule. Each network’s own terms and rules apply to what you post there, and you are responsible for following them. We are not responsible for a network’s actions, such as removing a post, limiting reach or suspending your account. You can disconnect a social account at any time in the app, which revokes our access.
9. Reporting content, takedowns and enforcement
You can report a video, a character or a public watch page with Report in the app or on the page; we aim to review reports promptly and may act on them. Reviewing a report, or not acting on it, does not mean we approve the content. We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove or disable any content, limit features, or suspend or terminate any account that we believe breaks these Terms or the law, or creates risk for us or others. We may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators and rights holders, including by preserving and disclosing information when the law requires or permits it.
Copyright and rights notices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or uses your likeness without consent, send a notice through our Support page (start the title with “Rights notice”) with: your name and contact details; the work or right concerned; the exact content (its link or watch page); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to the content identified in a valid notice and tell the user who posted it.
Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the rights, you can send a counter-notice through Support with your contact details, the content removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or of Dubai, if you live outside the United States) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice, and your signature. We may share the counter-notice, including your contact details, with that person, and we may restore the content unless they tell us they have started legal action.
Intimate images shared without consent. Report them with Report or through Support (start the title with “Intimate image”); we remove valid requests within 48 hours.
Repeat infringers. We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights or repeatedly break these Terms.
10. Plans and payments
Some features need a paid plan or pack. Paid plans and packs are offered only on the ReShare AI website, through Stripe; they are not sold in the App Store or Google Play, and what you have on your account is available in the apps after you sign in. Prices, limits and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your account on the ReShare AI website (Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel plan), and the plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Unused allowance does not carry over unless the plan says so. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. Taxes may apply. We may change prices for future periods with notice before they apply.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of a paid period. Sections 4, 5 (your responsibility and warranties), 7, 9, 10 (amounts owed), 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 18 survive the end of this agreement.
12. Your indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Optijara AI LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers from and against all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable lawyers’ and legal fees) arising out of or related to: your content; your misuse of the Service; your publishing of content; your instructions to retrieve content from third-party sites; your breach of these Terms or of any law, platform rule, or AI or posting provider policy (including any claim a provider makes against us because of your content or use); or your violation of any right of any person, including copyright, trademark, publicity, likeness, privacy and defamation claims; except to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of these Terms or our negligence. We may take over the defence of any claim at your cost, and you will cooperate with us. You may not settle a claim that affects us without our written consent.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Optijara disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that posts go out on time or at all, that a network will accept them, or that content is kept without loss; keep your own copies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Optijara AI LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, followers or reach, however caused, even if advised of the possibility. The total liability of Optijara and all of those persons together for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100. We are not liable for content created or published by other users, or for the acts or omissions of our AI providers, our posting provider or the social networks. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account) or at reshare.ai/account/delete. A paid plan is cancelled first. What is deleted and what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in its courts where that law gives you the right to.
17. App stores
If you use the iOS or Android app, Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service or its content; Optijara alone is. Your use of the app must also follow the app store’s own terms of use.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier one.
- Third parties. Our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers may rely on and enforce sections 12 and 14; no one else has rights under these Terms.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the rest stays in effect.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Changes. We may change these Terms. We will give notice in the app of material changes, and ask you to accept them, before they apply to you.
- Contact. Optijara AI LLC, United Arab Emirates, through our Support page.
