What you see
When you start something your plan has no room for, a window opens. On a phone it slides up from the bottom; on a computer it opens in the middle of the screen. Its title names the limit, for example You’ve used this period’s AI swaps or You’ve used this period’s posts.
You'll see it for AI swaps, clip length, characters, regenerations, uploads, posts, profiles and accounts per profile.
Your options
Add the add-on that lifts it. On a paid plan on the website, the window shows the add-on that fixes this limit, followed by Or move up a plan. Tap Add to go to it in Plan & billing.
Move up a plan. The window also lists plans that include more. Pick one, choose Monthly or Yearly, and tap See plans. The plans page opens with that plan highlighted, so you can review it before you switch. If you're already on Agency, the button takes you to Plan & billing instead.
Wait. Tap Not now. Monthly allowances reset at the start of your next period. Plan & billing and Usage show the date.
Some limits have no add-on, like accounts per profile or free regenerations. For those, a bigger plan is the way to get more. For a clip longer than your plan allows, up to 30 seconds, the 30-second pack works too, when it's available (see Add-ons and swap packs). Once a character has used its free regenerations, you can make a new character instead.
When you have 2 swaps or fewer left in a period, ReShare AI sends you a heads-up in your notifications.
Good to know
- A swap that fails doesn't use up your swaps.
- A post counts once for each account it goes to. Retrying a failed post doesn't count again.
- Characters and profiles you made before your current plan stay usable, even if they're over its limit.
In the iPhone and Android apps, this window may look different. See Billing in the iPhone and Android apps.
