Pick a new plan
Open the plans page. In Settings, under Plan & billing, you can also tap Change plan (See plans on Free).
Choose Monthly or Yearly.
Tap the button on the plan you want. Your current plan is marked Your plan. If you look at the other billing period, your plan's card offers to switch to it instead.
Read the summary that appears, then tap Confirm.
If you're on Free, the plan's button opens a secure Stripe checkout instead. After you pay, you come back to ReShare AI, which shows your new plan as soon as it's active. If you already pay for a plan, the card on file is charged, so there's no second checkout.
When the change applies
- Moving up applies right away. You pay today for the rest of the period (prorated), and your new allowances apply as soon as the payment goes through.
- Moving down waits for the end of your billing period. Nothing is charged today, and you keep your current plan until then. Plan & billing shows the date, and Keep current plan if you change your mind.
- Going back to Free: tap Switch to Free. It takes you to Plan & billing, where you cancel your plan.
Switch between monthly and yearly
On a paid plan, on the website, open Plan & billing and tap Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly. The button is hidden while a change is scheduled or your plan is set to end.
- To yearly: your year starts today. The unused part of this month comes off today's charge, and your allowances restart today.
- To monthly: monthly billing starts when your current year ends.
One scheduled change at a time
Only one change can wait for the end of the period.
- Picking another lower plan replaces the one that's waiting.
- Moving up, adding add-ons, switching to yearly or canceling while a change waits: ReShare AI asks first. Tap Keep scheduled change, or Cancel scheduled change to make the new change now.
- Lowering an add-on keeps the scheduled change without asking.
You can't move up and switch from yearly to monthly in one change. Upgrade on yearly billing first, then switch to monthly.
If your plan is set to end, renew it first in Plan & billing, then switch.
If your bank asks you to confirm a payment, a banner in Plan & billing shows Confirm payment.
