Child Safety Standards
Last updated November 4, 2026
Effective November 4, 2026. Optijara AI LLC, United Arab Emirates, operates ReShare AI. ReShare AI is for adults aged 18 and over only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including AI-generated or altered content.
1. What is prohibited
- Using anyone under 18 as the person replaced or shown in a swap, or making a character from a minor’s image.
- Creating, uploading, publishing or sharing content that depicts minors in a sexualised, harmful or exploitative way, including synthetic or altered depictions.
- Grooming, soliciting or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Sharing, requesting, offering or promoting CSAM or other content involving child sexual exploitation.
Our Terms of Service also prohibit nudity and sexual content of any kind.
2. Safeguards
Our Terms require users to be at least 18. Users must accept the Terms before uploading or creating content. When providing a character reference photo, users must confirm that they are the person shown or have that person’s consent, and that there is “No one under 18.” The server requires a current record of this likeness consent before accepting the photo for character creation; the worker also checks the required consents before sending it for AI processing.
Automated checks screen uploaded videos by sampling frames for nudity and sexual content, and screen character reference images and generated character images. Our AI providers also apply their own content filters, and provider safety refusals stop the affected generation. These checks do not verify a person’s age or guarantee that every violation will be detected. Reports are sent to our moderation queue for human review.
3. Report a child-safety concern
Use Report on a video or character in the app, or on a shared watch page. Shared watch pages also have Report user to report the creator and Block user to hide that creator’s shared watch pages from your account; blocking requires sign-in. Select the reason involving a minor and describe the concern. Signed-out visitors can report a shared watch page without an account.
Our designated child-safety contact is hamza.diaz@optijara.ai. You may email this address directly with a content link and enough information to locate the concern. Do not attach, download or redistribute suspected CSAM.
4. Our response and reporting commitments
We review child-safety reports and take action on violations, including removing or disabling access to content and banning accounts responsible for child sexual abuse or exploitation. We preserve evidence as required by law and comply with applicable child-safety laws. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities, including authorities in the United Arab Emirates and local law enforcement, as applicable. Our team handles these enforcement and legal reporting commitments.
Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more about acceptable use, enforcement and how we handle information.
