  3. Stripe's billing page opens. Follow its steps to confirm.

Your plan keeps running until the end of the current period, or the end of the year on a yearly plan. After that you're on Free. Until then, Plan & billing shows the date your plan ends.

If you have a change scheduled, such as a lower plan or a switch to monthly, ReShare AI first asks you to keep it or cancel it.

Payment details and invoices

Tap Manage billing to open Stripe's billing page, where you can update your payment details and see your invoices. To change your plan or add-ons, use ReShare AI instead: they can't be changed on that page.

Changed your mind?

While your plan is still running, you can renew it. Tap Manage billing and renew it on Stripe's page. Under Add more you'll also find Renew plan.

If a payment fails

A banner in Plan & billing tells you what's wrong:

  • Your last payment failed: while there's still time, the banner says how long your plan stays on. Otherwise it asks you to update your card to restore your plan. Tap Update card.
  • Confirm your payment: your bank needs you to approve it. Tap Confirm payment.
  • Check your billing address: a complete address is needed for the tax on your invoice. Tap Update address.
  • A payment did not go through: try again with another payment method.

In the iPhone and Android apps, these buttons may not be there. See Billing in the iPhone and Android apps.
