All of this happens in Profiles. On a phone, open it from Settings and account (the gear).
Rename a profile
On the profile card, tap Profile options (the "…" button).
Choose Rename.
Type the new name in Name. Keep it to one line and 100 characters.
Tap Save.
Disconnect an account
Tap the network's tile on the profile card.
Choose Disconnect for the account you want to remove.
Confirm with Disconnect.
Disconnecting removes the account from ReShare AI and revokes its access. To use it again, you connect it with a new sign-in. Scheduled posts that only go to this account are cancelled. If a scheduled post also goes to other accounts, only this account is dropped from it.
Delete a profile
Tap Profile options on the profile card.
Choose Delete profile.
Confirm with Delete.
Deleting a profile disconnects all its accounts and cancels its scheduled posts that haven't gone out. Posts that were already published stay in your history and show up on the Schedule under "Deleted profile".
Plan limits
When plans are on for your account, you can have a set number of profiles, and each profile can hold a set number of accounts. If you reach a limit, a dialog explains it and shows your options.
- Free: 1 profile, 2 accounts per profile
- Starter: 2 profiles, 4 accounts per profile
- Creator: 5 profiles, 6 accounts per profile
- Pro: 15 profiles, 8 accounts per profile
- Agency: 40 profiles, 8 accounts per profile
These are each plan's allowance. On a paid plan, extra profile add-ons can raise the number of profiles; there's no add-on for more accounts per profile. See plans.
